Not Able to Modify Existing Project Contacts Type or Name in PAXPREPR Project Customer Form (Doc ID 2762732.1)

Symptoms

On the Projects PAXPREPR form under the Project Options for Customers and Contacts, users cannot modify an existing Contacts Type or Contacts Name.
There is no error and a new contact can be added but after saving the new contact, it cannot be modified.

Navigation steps:
Navigate to Projects Templates Summary, select Customers and Contacts
 > assign the customer billing Contacts Type and Contacts Name > SAVE > try to change the Contacts Name but cannot modify it.
No error.
