Problem Statement:

When attempting to validate BEE in self-service, the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Go to Self-Service Element Entries page (PAY_BEE_SS)
   
   
2.  Click "Create Batch" button
   
   
3.  Define personalization
     Message Check Box : Purge After Change
     Initial Value: Y
    
4.  Create a batch
   
   
5.  Create batch line
   
   
6.  Validate
   
   
7.  Error occurs
