Problem Statement
When attempting to cancel Sales Order Header with ATO Config Line at "Production Open", the following error occurs.
Error
An error occurred because the workflow is not in the expected status.
Action: Contact your Oracle support representative.
An internal error occurred while delinking the configuration item.
Action: Contact your Oracle support representative.
An internal error occurred while delinking the configuration item.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create Order with ATO Model and Config Line Status is "Production Open"
- Cancel Order Header gives an error
Workaround
- ATO Model Line for the Configured Item (B)Actions > Delink Config Item then Cancel Order Header
or - ATO Configured Item Delete the Reservation (M)Tools > Scheduling > Unreserve then Cancel Order Header
