Ship Set Order Lines Should Automatically Receive Their Own Delivery (Doc ID 2762821.1)

Goal

 

Customer(s) want to ship multiple groups of lines in a sales order having assigned with different ship sets (one group -one ship set) to be assigned to different delivery numbers, but all these lines in the sales order get assigned to the same delivery, because all these Sales order lines have the same delivery grouping attributes

Support has verified these are the available delivery grouping attributes (at this time):

Ship From Location
Ship To Location
Customer
Intermediate Ship To Location
Freight Terms
Ship Method
FOB Code 

 There is no feature for grouping order line on the basis of ship set. There is a Enhancement being delivered in release 12.2 for adding ship set as delivery grouping attribute.
