Error on View Adjustments on Sales Order Lines 12.2.8
3 different error's when viewing adjustments on sales order lines.
ERROR

UTIL-BAD MENU PARAM
(NAME=KILOVOLTS:...)
(VALUE=LINE)
FRM-47027: cannot add parameter S&C..
to Parameter List FND_FORM_ARGS: invalid key specified
FRM-92101: there was a failure in the forms server during startup.
this could happen due to invalid configuration.
please look into the web-server log file for details
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Order Management responsibility
2. Navigate >Orders,Returns >Order Organizer
3. Query the order
4. >Actions >View Adjustments
