AR Receipt Application giving error "AR_APP_ZERO_BASIS" while applying credit Memo.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
    Navigation: Receipts -> Receipts >Query the receipt
2. Apply the receipt to a credit memo.
