When attempting to approve POs using AME, on occasion this error occurs in PO Output for Communication program that creates the PDF to send to the next approver ends in Warning With Below Error


ERROR

STEPS
The issue can NOT be reproduced at will but the general steps are
1. Create PO
2. Submit for approval (AME is used so child worklfows to notifiy approvers are generated)
3. The child PO Approval workflow (internal name POAPPRV) launches PO Output for Communication
4. This PO Output for Communication completes in Warning With Above Error
