RCVTXERT.fmx form object did not generate successfully While applying the patch 30441751

ERROR

FRM-30064: Unable to parse statement select ccv.counter_value_id, ccv.counter_reading, m.meaning
from cs_counter_values ccv, mfg_lookups m
where ccv.counter_id = :q_res.counter_id and
m.lookup_type = 'SYS_YES_NO' and
decode(ccv.reset_flag, 'Y', 1, 2) = m.lookup_code.
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
