Symptoms

This issue has happened after upgrading from 11i to 12.2.6.

PRC: Create Accounting is running longer than expected.

PRC: Create Accounting output is extremely large, no records are processed and contains only exceptions.

Run the following identification queries;

The query provides a count of the number of unprocessed subledger events.

The result of the query is a count of the number of transactions that are not processed.
