When attempting to delete a project classification wrongly added on a project number, the following error occurs:

The Class Code cannot be deleted because transactions have been charged to the project


STEPS
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Projects responsibility > open the related project number
2. Click on Project Classifications
3. Select the related project classification that is required to be removed from the project > click on Delete > Error occurs
