ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Revenue amount is double of revenue event amount.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Revenue amount should be same as that of event amount.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility.
2. Run PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for Single Project.
