Goal

Why are intercompany invoices not being generated when expected for certain expenditures?

PRC: Generate Intercompany Invoices is not generating invoices for intercompany related expenditures coming into Projects from Payables as expected.

Why is there a delay from completing the costing and then generating the intercompany invoices for these expenditure items?
