Symptoms

ADOP Prepare Phase Not Synchronizing Fs1&fs2, user gets the following errors:

Adop prepare phase is not synchronizing the file system. Every time dev team is manually moving the code.
Log file shows error
ORA-04068 and ORA-06502 pointing to package APPS.AD_ZD_ADOP.
