The Create Project Page is going into exception when trying to save/update details.

PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'PROJECT_STATUS_CHANGE'ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:PL/SQL: Statement ignored
STEPS TO NAVIGATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Projects responsibility.
2. Navigate to Projects Delivery ->Create Project/Search project.
3. Provide the details and click on save.
4. Exception occurs.
