When attempting to access Task 6 "Compose Welcome Page" of the Total Compensation Setup Wizard, the following error occurs:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Total Compensation > Total Compensation Setup Wizard.
3. Select the Total Compensation Statement Business Area Click the Select button.
4. Click the "Total Compensation Statement Setup" link under Setup.
5. Search for the statement in question and click the edit pencil icon.
6. Click the Go To Task icon for Task Number 6, "Compose the Welcome Page'.
Error occurs.
