How to Apply Multiple Discounts Based On Calculated Unit Selling Prices

When applying 10% and 20% at the same time then discount is applied based on List Price and 10% and 20% amount is applied (30% discount).
But how to apply multiple discount based on unit selling price for example applying 20% then apply 10% against 20% discounted price like 0.8 x 0.9 = 0.72 (28% discount).
