Goal
The Concurrent Manager shows a user ran the "“PRC: Submit Project Streamline Process” three times. But the user says they never ran it.
The user does not have access to the program to be able to submit it in their responsibility.
Why does the Streamline process show a user that does not have access to the program as having submitted the the streamline process when they do not have access to the program in their responsibility?
