Symptoms

Q1:  Only the Receive transaction was processed even though Direct Delivery Receipt Routing is used. Why did this happen?

There are no errored records in the Transaction Status Summary form.
These receipts are manually entered (not via the ROI).



Q2: Why did the Purchase Order close automatically after receipt?
