Project/Task Search In Edit Budgets Screen Is Not Working On Release 12.2.9 (Doc ID 2766898.1)

When trying to query for a specific task in the Edit Budget screen, no data is returned.


Reproducible Steps

Using Projects Super User responsibility:

1. Navigate to: Projects Delivery => Search Projects

2. Go to: Financial => Budgets and Forecasts => Maintain versions => Edit => Search

3. In Budget Lines section:
Note: Project or Task Number 'XXXX' is listed there.

a. Query to see only Project or Task Number 'XXXX':
Manually enter:
Project or Task = XXXX 

Get the error:  "Select a valid value."

b. If clicking on the Search icon, the 'Search and Select: Search for project or task' screen pops up:
  select: Search by = Project or Task Number = XXXX  and click GO

1 record returned:
Project or Task Name           Project or Task Number
--------------------------------------------------------
<Project or Task Name 1>      XXXX

Select this record.

c. Now back in the Budget Lines screen:
The value pulled up is <Project or Task Name 1>

d. Click Go, no data returned.
