Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, ECC Lease and Finance Management
After granting the function OKL_ECC_AM_FUNCTION to the custom responsibility menu,
the following error is seen when attempting to open the Asset Management ECC page.
ERROR

"You are not authorized to access the function OKL_ECC_AM_FUNCTION. Please contact your System Administrator."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create custom responsibility
2. Grant the function OKL_ECC_AM_FUNCTION to the custom responsibility menu
3. Open the Asset Management ECC page,
