Symptoms

After upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9, the fields in the Project Status Inquiry (PSI) form Commitment Details form are editable. 
If the user tries to save the record, the following error is encountered:

ORA-01733: virtual column not allowed here

Details button gives:

ORA-01733: virtual column not allowed here

FRM-40508: ORACLE error: unable to INSERT record.

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Project Status Inquiry -->Project Status Inquiry

2.  Enter the project number and click on the Commitments button.

3.  Select the green 'plus' icon and an enterable row is created.  Enter data and try to save.
