Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, CLAIMS

Getting the following error while requesting mass settlement for approval /processing

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Oracle Trade Management User responsibility
3. Navigate to Channel Revenue Management >Claim >Mass Settlement >Create
4.Search for customer

Getting above error when the user clicks the Next button to submit for approval.
