Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to apply upgrade patch from 12.1.3. to 12.2, the following error occurs (patch log):


adpatch failing on sspcrcon.sql
  FAILED: file sspcrcon.sql on worker 3 for product ssp username SSP.


ERROR at line 1:
ORA-02293: cannot validate (SSP.SSP_MED_ARC_MATERNITY_ABSENCE) - check
constraint violated
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 1120
ORA-06512: at line 271



Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply upgrade patch from 12.1 to 12.2
