Symptoms

The following error is seen while trying to receive an item on Internal order.
This occurs on both MWA and Oracle form.

Create In-transit Shipment interface record failed.
Quantity tolerance exceeded.


Steps (in Mobile)

  1. Navigate Inbound > Std Receive > Int Req
  2. Enter:
      Req Num = <value>
      Ship Num = <value>
      Item = <value>
      LPN = <value>
      Location = <value>
      Qty = <value>
      Remaining = <value>
      From SN = <value>
      To SN = <value>
  3. Click Done and get the error.
