On : 12.2.9 version, Receiving Functions in Production Instance
User is unable to receive RMA
ERROR

ORACLE error 1403 in FDFAVS3
Cause: FDFAVS3 failed due to ORA-01403: no data found.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create RMA
2. Go to Receiving > Receipts
3. Enter the RMA number in the receiving Tab and find.
4. Select the record and save.
5. Check RTP goes into error.
