Symptoms
The PRC: Transaction Import errors with the following when run as part of the PSP: Summarize and Transfer Payroll Distributions and PSP: Summarize And Transfer Adjustments processes (Labor Distributions) or some third party source data:
MSG-20003: ORA-20003: import1_prog:ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being calledOverride Assignment Id
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_TRX_IMPORT", line 10717
or
MSG-20003: ORA-20003: import1_prog:ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being calledIn OTHERS exception of import1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Grants Super User or Project Costing Super User responsibility
2. Navigate: Other | Request | Run and run the PRC: Transaction Import process with the correct parameters.
