Symptoms

When creating a change order, an unexpected error occurs when clicking on Apply.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Project Super user Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Project Delivery, Search projects. Select project

3. Select Control tab > Change order

4. Create change order, enter all fields > press apply. rror occurs:  You have encountered unexpected error.  Click here for details.

5. Click on 'here' hyperlink on the error to see errors.
