Symptoms

On Release 12.2.6 version, Auction/RFx creation

When attempting to create a Negotiation with Requisition Lines the following error occurs.

ERROR / WARNING
Warning Information: Document was not created. Possible causes:
1) An exception occurred in the PO Account Generator workflow during the document creation process.
2) Some other error occurred during the document creation process.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to Application
2. Select Responsibility: Sourcing Super User / Sourcing Buyer
3. Navigation: Sourcing Homepage ->> Locate Header: "Create" ->>
4. Click: "RFQ" ->> Create RFQ: XXXX -> Enter RFQ Header Details ->>
5. Click: "Lines" ->> Select Actions: "Add Requisition Lines" - Click: "GO ->>
6. Returns: "Demand Workbench" Search: Unassigned Requisitions" ->>
7. Receive Warning Information: Document was not created. Possible causes:
1) An exception occurred in the PO Account Generator workflow during the document creation process.
2) Some other error occurred during the document creation process.

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot a Negotiation with Requisitions lines without error.
