XML Inbound ignores NULL value Tilda ' ~ ' in Shipment Booking Dates (Doc ID 2770030.1)

Symptoms

When using inbound integration XML on a Planned Shipment using the tilda "~" character to modify the shipment booking sail dates to null ,  the null value "~" passed is ignored and the previous dates remains.
