ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying Patch 22323006 , the JAVA MAIL API Version is still not reflecting to latest version => 1.5.4
After applying the weblogic patch 22323006 (which has JavaMAil API 1.5.4) and generating jar files, ebsAppsborgManifest.xml is not referencing javax.mail_1.5.4.jar , It is pointing to older version javax.mail_1.1.0.0_1-4-1.jar library file

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The latest java mailer version should reflect.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into EBS using the browser
2. Perform the mail sending actions
3. And failure is observed in mail functionality
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send mails
