Timecard Status Dashboard Is Showing Suspended Assignments with Status "Not Entered" (Doc ID 2770124.1)

Symptoms

 

Timecard status dashboard is showing suspended assignments when the start or end date of search is active, and somewhere in the middle the assignment changes.
 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The person has the suspended assignments as below.

Assignment Records
Assignment Number Effective Start Date Effective End Date Assignment Status
A11111111 01-JAN-2018 31-AUG-2018 Active Assignment
A11111111 01-SEP-2018 31-DEC-2018 Suspend Assignment
A11111111 01-JAN-2019   Active Assignment

 

  1.  Open "Timecard Status Dashboard" Window

  2.  Search Timecard records with the following option

    Start Date: 01-Aug-2018
    End Date:  31-JAN-2019
     
  3.  There are records which status are "Not Entered" is displayed between 01-SEP-2018 and 31-DEC-2018.
