Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Reports - PO and RCV

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Performance issue on "Invoice Price Variance Report". The report runs approximately 4 or 5 mins and  large majority that are running 4 to 6 hours.  

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
--------------------------------
Expect the "Invoice Price Variance Report" to be completed without any performance issue

 

STEPS TO REPLICATE
---------------------

1 Login to a Purchasing Responsibility
2. Go to View Request
3.submit a new request - select the "Invoice Price Variance Report"
