Symptoms

In BI publisher when navigating to Administration ---> Runtime Configuration --- > Properties tab leads to Connection timed out error and BI server restarting.

No issue in accessing other tab details from Runtime Configuration

Changes

 BIP upgrade from 11.1.1.9 to 12.1.1.3
