Is there a way to get tasks to dispatch in Mobile Web Apps (MWA) in location and then item order?
For example, in the Packing Workbench, tasks are in locator order (as defined in the Stock Locators form using the Picking Order field), but the items come out in seemingly random order.

This can be controlled somewhat by how priorities are assigned on the Warehouse Control Board, but is there a different/better way to accomplish the goal?
Different variations of the pick slip grouping rule have been tried but nothing will put the items in order.

For example: Locator 1-A-1, items in release are a, b, c, d
Items are dispatched in order : b, a, c, d, a , d, b
