Loading Large Supplier Lists Get Internal Server Error While Creating RFQ (Doc ID 2772152.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Auction/RFx creation

Loading a list of 138 or more suppliers while creating RFQ, crashing after 5 minutes, the following error occurs.

Internal Server Error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Sourcing responsibility
2. Create a RFQ
3. Go to supplier page
4. Try to add supplier list with 138 or more suppliers
