Symptoms

Cannot distribute Payables invoice lines when enter Project information.

INDIRECT TASK ERR-CALL BUDCOOR (PATC_MSG_TOKEN1=) (PATC_MSG_TOKEN2= ) (PATC_MSG_TOKEN3= )


Reproducible steps:
1. Use Payables responsibility and navigate to Invoice Workbench > Lines
2. Enter Projects details
3. Click on Distribute and error occurs
