When attempting to enter a sales order line,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
Shown on the sales order form:

 Error: Error in formula processing
  
  Formula: <Name of Formula>
  Step Number: 2
  The Modifier Value is null


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

setup modifiers using formula
formula used:


1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Query header or enter order header
4. Click on line items tab
5. Enter order line and save
6. Above error is shown on the sales order form:
