Unable to Update Proration Rule of Lease in Draft Mode (Doc ID 2772542.1)

Symptoms

1.  Unable to select the Prorate Rule '365 Days/Year' from LOV in the form.

OR

2. If checked, the Proration Rule reverts back to' Days/Month' after Save button clicked.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. From Property Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to Leases and Documents > Main Lease > Enter Leases and Documents
3. Enter a new lease and save in draft status
4. Attempt to change Proration Rule from 'Days/Month' to '365 Days/Year' and save
5. See that change is not saved and Prorate Rule reverts back to' Days/Month'

The issue is also seen when entering a new lease and trying to choose the '365 Days/Year' option.  It may be grey and unavailable for selection
