ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Price Lists are not coming in alphabetical order
When pulling up the Price Lists from 'Pricelist setup' form, the pricelists are not coming in alphabetical order in Release 12.2.9 which is not an expected behavior. In Release 12.1.3, price lists were being pulled in alphabetical order
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Behavior in Release 12.2.9 Price List Query should be same as exist in Release 12.1.3 Price List Query i.e. When Query the Price Lists from Price Lists form, Price Lists should get fetched in alphabetical order
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications.
2. Go to Oracle Pricing Manager Responsibility.
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Price Lists
4. Open the Price Lists Setup Form.
5. Query the Price List via following:
Press F11
Enter % in Name Field
Press Ctrl + F11
6. Observe that Price List is not in Alphabetical Order.
Changes
System was upgraded from Release 12.1.3 to Release 12.2.9
