Symptoms


When entering a Misc. Receipt, users are unable to add the customer information using the GDF on the receipt header.

The Additional Information flexfield List of Values (LOV) contains no values.

APP-FND-01436: List of values cannot find any values for you to choose



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  Responsibility: Receivables
  Navigation: Receipts > Receipts

Enter a receipt and click on Additional Information flexfield
Error appears and LOV contains no values
