PAYJPTAX: Unable to Enter the LOV "PAY_JP_SPOUSE_FLAG" After Applying Patch 31376318 (Doc ID 2772987.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

The values changed in patch:31376318 cannot be entered after January 1, 2021.

If we open the LOV of the item "Spouse Judgement Class" in the ITax YEA2 tab
after 1/1/2021, it will show the value until 31/12/2019.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login application and select Japanese HRMS Responsibility
  2. Navigate to Assignment forms
  3. Open PAYJPTAX
  4. Open ITax YEA2 tab
  5. Enter item "Spouse Judgement Class"
