On : 12.2.8 version, Create Service Request

In HTML Contact Center, after performing quick search on Order Number, if the contact of order number is inactive, then
on navigating to Create SR page from SR info tile throws error.

You have encountered an unexpected error .Please contact your System Administrator for assistance



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Service responsibility
3. Navigate to HTML Contact Center>Quick Search
4.Query for Order Number and click Create Service Request
