Symptoms

On: 12.2.9 version, Database for Application Technology

When attempting to run autoconfig on the database tier, after upgrading the database to release 19c, the following error occurs.

Note: the above error may occur for both Oracle E-Business Suite releases 12.1 and 12.2 after uggrading the database to 19c.
