Is it possible to update 'Scheduled Start' and 'Scheduled End' through 'Hierarchy' view - by way of navigation below?

1. Using Projects Superuser responsibility

2. Navigate to Workplan Tab > Tasks Subtab

3. Select Hierarchy in Display section
