Newly Created Resource Breakdown Structure Is Not Available In The Workplan Plan Settings Page (Doc ID 2773653.1)

Symptoms

Newly created Resource Breakdown Structure is not available on the Workplan Additional Workplan Options : Plan Settings page.

From the Projects Super User:

Navigate:  Projects: Delivery -> Project List.
Select/Query a project.  From the Workplan tab, select the Setup subtab.
Click on the Plan Settings link.
Query the Resource Breakdown Structure List of Values.  The New Resource Breakdown Structure is not listed.
