ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating requisition via iprocurement, during checkout One time address to be a bit more structured.
It has one field and the user can enter free text in any order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to make this into a more structured entry format:
For example:
Street address, City, State, Post Code etc
 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement
2. Create a non-catalog request
3. Click on the one time address during checkout
