Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Concurrent Program 'Change Pay Peer Averages Refresh Process' is not completing after 24 hours

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login with HRMS Responsibility
2. View Menu > Requests > Submit a New Request
3. Run Change Pay Peer Averages Refresh Process concurrent request and notice that it has not completed after 1 day


Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.9 (Process only available in 12.2 version of the application)
