Symptoms
On : 12.2 HRMS RUP.14 or R12.2.9 - OTL Retrieval or Supervisor Dashboards
After choosing one parameter in the List of Values (LOV), the page becomes passive/freezes and does not work further
Steps:
1. Login into the Application
2. Navigate to OTL Retrieval Dashboard or Supervisor Dashboard
3. Pass a value in the LOV for one of the parameters for example 'Payroll' or Organization name or any other value
4. The system does not go to the next step as the page becomes passive i.e freezes
