PAXSUMPS: PA Period Cannot Be Closed Because Distributions Are Not Interfaced To General Ledger (Doc ID 2774664.1)

Symptoms

Unable to close the Projects period.

When trying to change PA Period to Closed, the form shows the error -

You cannot close this period because it contains cost distribution lines in the period that are not interfaced to GL.
You must run EXC: Transaction Exceptions to identify the transaction that are preventing the period from being closed.

Steps to Reproduce -
===============

  1. Log into a Projects Responsibility
  2. Navigate to Setup > System > PA Period
  3. Look up Period to close
  4. Change the period Status to 'Closed'
  5. Save
  6. The form gives the error message.

Submit EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period
===================================

Running the EXC: Transaction Exception Details reports shows -

Exception Reason : Accounting flexfield could not be validated

The report provides the transaction information to review and determine the type of transaction that are being reported, either Miscellaneous, Usages, or Labor.

Submit Interface to GL
===============
When running the appropriate Interface to GL program, the following exceptions are shown -

Accounting flexfield could not be validated
