Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Time Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OTL: HXC_PAY_PA_LINK_ALL table not populating all rows for a retro timecard

When a retro timecard is processed, HXC_PAY_PA_LINK_ALL table is not showing all the retro entries causing the incorrect jurisdiction issue on the OTL Explosion processes.
The jurisdiction is derived from the timecard work location for the time entry and when a value is not found, it is defaulting to assignment work location which is causing the issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected Transfer from OTL to BEE to generate record for all timecard lines HXC_PAY_PA_LINK_ALL
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to OTL Administrator > Submit Processes and Reports

2- Run `Transfer Time from OTL to BEE"

3- Check records in table hxc_pay_pa_link_all for the batch id generated from process "Transfer Time from OTL to BEE "

found for example 22 records

4-Navigate to Self Service>time and query for the same timecard and  make changes to the timecard

5-Run `Transfer Time from OTL to BEE for the retro timecard.

Check records in table hxc_pay_pa_link_all for the retro batch and  found no of records does not have all records in the timecard

Notice that ‘hxc_pay_pa_link_all’ is not populating all retro entries as this table also pulls the Project id and task id
